As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Client Outreach Specialist to assist in nurturing and managing leads that have already reached out to Fiorelli Realty for help in buying or selling property. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in real estate but are not yet licensed, as the role focuses on qualifying leads and supporting the team.
Job Overview: As an Client Outreach Specialist at Fiorelli Realty, your primary responsibility will be to assist with managing and nurturing leads who have already contacted Fiorelli Realty for assistance in buying or selling real estate. This position focuses on supporting licensed brokers and salespersons by helping maintain communication, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. This role is ideal for unlicensed individuals who want to work in real estate while adhering to Connecticut regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Follow up with leads who have already contacted Fiorelli Realty to inquire about buying or selling property and help determine their readiness and needs.
Maintain Communication with Leads: Provide basic information and follow up with customers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between customers and licensed real estate brokers or salespersons.
Data Entry & CRM Management: Update and manage client information in CRM systems, ensuring all communication and follow-ups are documented properly.
Administrative Support: Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed to support the real estate team, including managing calendars and organizing paperwork.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and clients.
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
